Our story · Since 2010
A history
of community.
Fifteen years rooted locally. Five areas of action. One conviction: sustainable development is built with communities, at their pace.
To sustainably improve the living conditions of rural communities in Niombato.
Founded in 2010, the Djinack Association for Development (ADD) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the living conditions of local communities. Based in Niombato, the association adopts an inclusive and sustainable approach to meet the essential needs of populations.
Our work is structured around five complementary areas: community health, water-hygiene-sanitation, training and capacity building, fundraising and project management, monitoring-evaluation. Each with measurable indicators, committed institutional partners, and identified beneficiaries.

Chapter IV — Our commitments
Three principles, never negotiated.
-
01
Inclusion
We design each program WITH the communities — women, youth, health workers, teachers — not for them.
-
02
Measurement
Every quarter we publish our validated indicators, audited by our partners. No unmeasured impact.
-
03
Sustainability
We transfer skills locally and step back when the community relay is solid.
